При выполнении программы:
1. Контроль дыхания. Не допускать запыха!!
2. Не допускать закисления предплечья. Ставить гирю на пол, считать до 5 и продолжать.
3. На прыжках через штангу - ВЫКЛАДЫВАТЬСЯ ПОЛНОСТЬЮ!!!!! Лучше сэкономить силы на рывке гири!!!
